You may or may not know this about me, but I am an astrology nerd! I know it’s increasingly common these days, but I have actually taken classes, read books and blogs and consider myself a part-time astrology student. We are all much more than only our sun signs, but I truly am an ever-curious Sagittarius who loves to learn and tell stories.
In honor of Aries season, the first sign of the zodiacal year, I’m kicking off a series where I choose a favorite celebrity who embody a zodiac sign and how I’d dress them in our #quietlybold Dana Bronfman designs.
Happy Aries season! The ram’s time begins with the Spring Equinox and embodies the idea of springing into action. Aries is ruled by the planet Mars, which governs ambition among other things. Aries people are known for their boldness, so it’s no surprise that many people who have found fame are born during Aries season. Below I’ve chosen Lady Gaga, my favorite Aries celebrity, along with how I’d dress her in Dana Bronfman jewelry!

It’s no surprise that Lady Gaga is an Aries. She rose to fame through her shocking fashion and bold pop music, knowing just how to claim the spotlight. She is no doubt a fiery hard worker, as her early music videos really showed her going the extra mile to make her work seen in ways that daringly broke away from tradition.
This necklace reminds me of a style we’ve seen Lady Gaga wear on the red carpet. One of the most iconic images of Lady Gaga from the red carpet shows her being one of the three women in the world who have worn the Tiffany Diamond, which drops below like the pear-shaped rutilated quartz of this piece. Plus, it is unique and unexpected, just as she always is.
The perfect bracelet to capture her star quality, this bold textured cuff centers a star rutilated quartz that shines as much as she does.
Many people asked me if she was wearing this ring in A Star Is Born. I don’t know if it was my ring, but it had a similar shape (it could only be seen for a few minutes!). Regardless, I think this ring is more Lady Gaga than Ally.
These earrings are bold and just the right length to go with her hair, and they are not too big or long to wear with the bold necklace. Plus, I think the colors would look so good on her complexion and eyes. I call these the Desert Goddess Earrings, but they are often referred to by our friends as the “unicorn” earrings. I think Lady Gaga truly has unicorn energy, don’t you?
