Shipping Policy

We ship each order by FedEx and UPS with insured shipping. Each package will require a signature in order to be delivered. A tracking number will be provided for each shipment in your shipping confirmation email. Although each shipment tends to cost us a much higher amount, we only charge the customer a flat fee of $35 for domestic shipping on orders under $2500 and $50 on orders over $2500. We also charge a flat rate of $80 for international shipping. 

As the majority of our pieces are made-to-order just for you in New York City by our small team, pieces can take up to four weeks to reach you. If you need your piece sooner than that, please visit our ready to ship section, as these items will ship within 5-7 business days. As the pieces vary in complexity and the time they take to create, made-to-order pieces may take less time than the four week period, and ready to ship orders may ship as soon as the day of your purchase if possible, but we would rather have you be pleasantly surprised to receive your order early than disappointed to receive it late. If you need your piece within a shorter time period, please reach out to us to see if rush delivery is available for your order. Custom pieces and wholesale orders may take up to twelve weeks, a time frame which we will discuss with you depending on your individual scope of work.

For international shipments, customs fees and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, these fees as well as any customs delays are decided by the receiving country’s government, and there is nothing we can do to avoid or control them. 

 

Return Policy

We accept returns within fourteen days of your order reaching you, provided the piece(s) remains unworn, in its original condition and packaging. If you would like to return a piece, please contact hello@danabronfman.com with RETURN in the subject line. We will provide you our address, and your piece, minus the shipping cost of delivery and return, will be refunded after your returned piece is received, inspected and processed. All sales are final if a ring has been sized for you as well as for custom orders.

We will also accept exchanges or provide a store credit on items that meet returnable conditions above within fourteen days of your order delivery.
