If you are not satisfied with your order, we must receive your returned package within two weeks of shipment to you. All returns are exclusively for store credit in the amount of the item purchased. We are not able to accommodate refund requests of any kind since each piece is made to order specifically for the customer. We stand by our work's high quality, but we want our customers to be 100% happy with their purchases. In case of a return, the customer is responsible for paying for return shipping. All returns must be pre-approved, as Dana Bronfman LLC is not responsible for any damage caused after we ship you the original package, and any returns received in lesser condition than received will not be granted. Please send a clear photo of the item and the reason for your return to email@example.com within 72 hours of receiving your order for approval and to receive the shipping address.
