Congratulations to the cast of Schmigadoon! for winning Best Musical this year at the 79th Annual Tony Awards on June 7, 2026! This show is a parody of the musical, following a couple, Josh and Melissa, who stumble into a magical town trapped in the style of a classic 1940s and 1950s Golden Age musical. 

Maulik Pancholy, who played Doc Lopez in the musical and shown on the left below, wears several Dana Bronfman necklaces at Broadway's biggest event.
