A simple but statement-making drop pendant, with a modern oculus 18 karat yellow gold bale, rose cut natural black diamond with plenty of fire, and soft heart-shaped baby blue sleeping beauty turquoise all move fluidly and compliment each other through contrast. The turquoise is backed with a layer of gold with pierced oculus openings, allowing natural light to travel from the stone to the owner's heart; this creates a secret between the owner and the necklace. 

Turquoise, my birthstone, is a gem close to my heart; it is fitting I chose a heart-shaped turquoise to be worn next to the heart in this design.
